What type of work did the project involve? We are an engineering firm and have been contracted to convert a large 11 room house in Milltown into two separate apartments - a two bed and a three bed apartment. Barry was the main building contractor on the project.

How did you choose BS Building Services? I had interviewed 3-4 building contractors and after going through the full process, chose Barry as the best for the project at hand. The decision to chose Barry for the job was based on several factors but in particular, the quality of work he had demonstrated on previous projects and the price.

Had you definite ideas before you talked to BS Building Services? Yes, I was working through an architect who drew up plans for the project.

Did BS Building Services suggest new ideas? He did, yes and in fact he was able to find a few mistakes on the architects' plans and make corrections.

How did the project run in terms of practicalities like scheduling and workmanship? It was all good. I wanted the project to be done by October and Barry handed us the keys on the 1st of October. And I'm absolutely happy with the quality of the work.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using BS Building Services I found the biggest advantage to be having Barry on site project managing everything as I couldn't be there myself all the time.
