When was the work done?
Phase 1 which was the basement was done in 2018. Phase 2 of the build which was the first floor was completed in 2019.

What was involved?
Barry built us a dental practice that included the surgeries, bathrooms, reception area, everything really. I'm a doctor in this practice and Barry will be building another one for us very soon. We're discussing it now.

How did you choose BS Building Services?
I knew about Barry because he had built some apartments for a friend of mine. i had spoken to 3 or 4 other contractors about the dental practice job and they were useless. A lot of builders create their own problems and make a big deal about things. Barry is a smooth operator and if a problem comes up, instead of complaining about it, he finds a way to get it done. Barry is good about finding solutions to problems, not turning small problems into bigger ones like some contractors do.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Barry Smith?
we knew what we needed just not how it was going to be done. Dental practices are very unique in their construction with regards to wiring and plumbing. Barry researched and spoke to whoever he needed to and got the job done.

How did the project run?
It was super. Barry was practical, reliable and the job was completed on time, It was the first dental practice work that Barry had done but he did it very well. That's why we're getting him back to do another one.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using BS Building Services?
The biggest benefit that I found in working with Barry is that when we came up with obstacles, Barry would come up with solutions. Barry doesn't turn things into a big deal, he just gets them done.

Would you recommend BS Building Services to others?
Yes I would.

Any tips for other people?
i would recommend having clear expectations from the beginning with regards to cost, the time the project will take to complete and possibly have financial penalties in place if there are any delays. That's one of the ways it can help to have a job completed on time.
